The New Jersey Certified Animal Control Officer Association is dedicated to protecting and preserving the well-being of animals, both domestic and wild; to enforcing without prejudice and with equality, local and state statutes pertinent to all animals, their control, their keeping; and promoting and encouraging opportunities for educational standards and requirements by which the performance of the profession may be measured.
